DAY 1: Athens (B)

You arrive at the airport of Athens, where our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. In the evening, join a welcome cocktail party before dinner and overnight at the hotel in Athens.

DAY 2: Athens / Vouliagmeni Lake/ Cape Sounion (B/D)

Today you get acquainted with the classical monuments and the modern flavors of Athens. Follow your guide to the Acropolis, to admire the architectural miracles of the Golden Age of Pericles: the Propylea, the Erectheum and above all, the Parthenon (temple of goddess Athena). Afterwards, board your coach for a bus tour to the center of the city and see the Old Olympic Stadium, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Constitution Square with the House of Parliament and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. After this will drive through the Athenian Riviera to discover the natural beauty of Vouliagmeni lake and swim at its mineral waters and hot springs with healing properties. Reach the southern-most point of the Attica region, Cape Sounion. Visit the impressive temple of Poseidon perched on the cliff and enjoy unique views to the Aegean Sea and Saronic Gulf. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: Athens / EPIDAURUS / NEMEA / LOUTRAKI (B/D)

After breakfast, you will board your coach and you will take the coastal road to Corinth Canal. You will have a short stop for pictures before you continue to Epidaurus, which was a popular healing center and the place where the god of medicine Asclepius was worshipped. Nowadays, thousands of people visit the area to admire the unique Theater and its astonishing acoustics. After the visit Epidaurus you will head towards the area of Nemea to visit a family winery before you arrive at Loutraki. Enjoy a visit at the healing baths of Loutraki before you go to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4: Athens / OLYMPIA / KAIAFAS (B/D)

After breakfast departure to Olympia. We will see the impressive ruins of the temples of Hera and Zeus, the Leonidaion, the Workshop of the sculptor Phidias and of course, the famous Stadium where the running events of the Olympic Games were held. Also visit the Museum with its new display of amazing pieces of sculpture and pottery and the architectural remains of the ancient edifices. Don’t miss the pride of this museum, the “Hermes” of Praxiteles, one of the most wonderful ancient statues ever made. After visiting Olympia we will drive to Kaiafas healing springs for enjoying a swim to the healing baths. Return to Olympia for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5: OLYMPIA / DELPHI (B/D)

After breakfast, we head north to Patras and drive over the new suspension bridge which connects the Peloponnese with the region of Continental Greece, in order to reach Delphi. In antiquity Delphi was known for the very popular and important oracle, the oracle of Apollo (the god of light and harmony), who spoke to the mortals through his priestess Pythia and was known for the oblique nature of his prophecies. Walk up the Sacred Way to see the Treasuries, the Theater and the Temple of Apollo, next to which was the exact spot that was believed to be the “navel” (omphalos) of the earth. Visit the museum of Delphi and marvel at the splendid collection of artifacts from the excavation, including the bronze “Charioteer” one of the best-preserved ancient works of metallurgy. Check in to hotel, dinner and overnight.

DAY 6: DELPHI / POZAR BATHS / THESSALONIKI (B/D)

After breakfast will travel north, towards to one of the most famous healing baths of Greece, Pozar baths. Enjoy the unique beauty of the scenic and a swim to one of the healing swimming pools. After your swim, board the coach and drive to Thessaloniki. Check in, dinner and overnight at your hotel.

DAY 7: THESSALONIKI / DRAMA (B/D)

After breakfast you will travel to Drama, one of the most beautiful cities of Northern Greece. You will visit a famous local winery, before you continue the exploration of the city of Drama. Return to Thessaloniki for dinner and overnight.

DAY 8: THESSALONIKI / ATHENS (B/D)

After breakfast you will board your coach and you will travel back to Athens passing by the straight of Themopylae. See the battlefield of the famous battle and visit the local springs for a healing swim. Afternoon arrival at Athens for dinner and overnight.

DAY 9: ATHENS / SANTORINI (B/D)

After breakfast transfer to the Port for taking the ferry to Santorini. Upon arrival board the coach for an island tour of Santorini. Check in to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

DAY 10: SANTORINI (B/D)

After breakfast you will enjoy a boat tour of Santorini visiting the famous volcano. Walk through the volcanic islet and feel the activity of the craters. Return to the boat and swim in the thermal springs of the volcano enjoying the alternation from cold to hot water. Afternoon return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 11: SANTORINI / ATHENS (B/D)

After breakfast you will be transferred to the Port to take the ferry to Athens. Arrive at the Port and transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 12: ATHENS (B)

After breakfast you will be transferred to Athens Airport for taking the flight home.
